Ariel R. Arriola


Ariel R. Arriola specializes in legal advisory on corporate and commercial matters including the establishment of business entities in the Philippines; the sale or acquisition of businesses entities in the Philippines; and receivership to organizations that are undergoing corporate rehabilitation or involved in intra-corporate controversies. Mr. Arriola has extensive in advising on corporate structuring and restructuring; the legal framework for direct foreign investments in the Philippines; mergers and consolidations; regulatory compliance; corporate governance; commercial transactions; and labor issues.

Prior to joining FAD, Mr. Arriola was an associate for several years of Baker & McKenzie (B&M) Manila. He was also seconded to B&M Hong Kong as a foreign lawyer in 2001. Before becoming an associate, Mr. Arriola served as a law clerk of B&M Manila. He also worked as law clerk for Roco Bunag Kapunan Migallos & Jardeleza Law Office; and Romulo, Mabanta, Buenaventura, Sayoc & De Los Angeles.
